At The Chelsea Hub we offer a flexible, elegant and modular space for a maximum of 3,895 sq ft that can be tailored based on your specific need, both in terms of dimensions and in terms of services included.

The space we offer is three different spaces in one! The space is rentable as a whole or in only one of its two portions, making it incredibly modular.

Perfect for those who want complete creative control. You rent the space, and we hand you the keys.

✨ Platinum — Space + Installation Support + Marketing Promotion
Focus on your vision—we’ll handle the setup. Includes professional installation and break down assistance at $ 1,500 (installation / break down). Also includes marketing promotion: two Instagram Stories on our social media account; two Newsletters shared with our networks of collectors, press professionals, and art lovers; listing of the event on major Social Media & Website pages.

✨ Diamond — Space + Installation Support + Full Gallery Service
On top of the Installation Support & Marketing promotion, we offer turnkey service for artists, dealers, and curators. Includes a professional art dealer/gallery sitter to manage your show, assist collectors, and support sales at $2,000/week + 10% on each sale.
