NAUFUS RAMÍREZ - FIGUEROA LUGAR DE CONSUELO

@MUSEUM OF MODERN ART I MOMA 28 MAR - 5 JUL 2026 eaturing a dazzling array of prints, drawings, costumes, sculpture, video, and a performance, Naufus Ramírez-Figueroa’s Lugar de Consuelo (Place of Solace) (2020) addresses the political and personal histories of Guatemala’s long civil war (1960–96). Building on Ramírez-Figueroa’s research on Latin American theater, Lugar de Consuelo is inspired by the history of the revolutionary play El Corazón del espantapájaros (Heart of the Scarecrow), written by the playwright Hugo Carrillo in 1962. THE LABYRINTH OF DREAMS - NIEVES SAAH @ALESSANDRO BERNI GALLERY

Alessandro Berni Gallery presents The Labyrinth of Dreams, a solo exhibition by Nieves Saah, on view from April 2 through April 12, 2026, at 511 West 25th Street, New York. Saah builds environments that feel remembered rather than seen. Images appear like ragments retrieved from somewhere slightly out of reach, familiar but unstable. The viewer is not positioned as an observer, but as a participant moving through a system that refuses straight lines, easy readings, or fixed meaning. Discover more

CRYING IN THE MIRROR - KATE BANCROFT

Tappeto Volante Projects is pleased to present Crying in the Mirror, the first New York solo exhibition by painter and sculptor Kate Bancroft, opening Wednesday, March 25, from 6 to 9 PM in conjunction with our neighboring gallery, Field of Play opening Nowhere It Was, a group exhibition featuring Terra Keck, Rose Malenfant, and Hannah Kust, curated by Greg Dzurita.

VERTICAL HIGHWAYS V03 - BETTINA POUSTTCHI @ROCKEFELLER CENTER, NY 18 MAR - 17 APR, 2026

This spring, Rockefeller Center welcomes “Vertical Highways V03” (2025), a monumental sculpture by German artist Bettina Pousttchi, on view in the Channel Gardens from March 18 through April 17, 2026. Installed at the Fifth Avenue entrance to the Channel Gardens, the sculpture marks the first public presentation of Pousttchi’s “Vertical Highways” series in the United States. The work has previously been shown internationally, including at the Jardin des Tuileries, outside Berlin Central Station, and at the Istanbul Modern. Discover more
