CLIO VIBRATIONS - CELEBRATING 25 EDITIONS OF CLIO ART FAIR @ALESSANDRO BERNI GALLERY 03 OCT - 14 OCT, 2026 Alessandro Berni Gallery presents Clio Vibrations, a group exhibition celebrating 25 editions of Clio Art Fair and the artists who have contributed to its history and identity. Founded in 2013 as an independent alternative to the traditional commercial art fair model, Clio Art Fair has created a platform for hundreds of artists working independently and outside the conventional gallery system. Clio Vibrations brings together different generations, practices, and artistic perspectives, reflecting the diversity, experimentation, and independent spirit that have defined Clio throughout its 25 editions. The exhibition gathers the echoes of more than a decade of artistic encounters: the works, voices, ideas, and connections that have shaped the fair and allowed its community to continue growing.

HOPI KACHINA DOLLS: BLESSINGS FOR A BALANCED WORLD
02 OCT, 2026 - 18 APR, 2027
Kachina dolls (tithu) represent Katsinam, spirits who bring much-needed moisture and keep the world in balance for the Hopi, an Indigenous tribe in arid northeastern Arizona. Carved from cottonwood and distinctively painted, the dolls are treasured gifts from the Katsinam, given primarily to Hopi girls and women. This exhibition is the first to examine the Hopi kachina doll tradition from their recipients’ perspective. The Brooklyn Museum’s Center for Feminist Art is a natural home for this unprecedented presentation foregrounding Hopi women’s experiences, knowledge, and creative expression.
